It is Next Level All Star Dance policy that all previous year balances must be paid in full before the new season begins.


All balances must be paid by September 1st, 2016.


  • Tuition is based on a 30-class year.

  • First tuition payment is due at registration.

  • Tuition paid monthly (10 payments) is due by the 1st of each month, September through June.

  • Tuition paid in full by September 15th, 2016 will receive a 5% discount. Tuition is nonrefundable, though credit may be given.

  • We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, and automatic withdrawal.

  • Any class that goes below the 30 class mark due to an emergency closing, will be issued a make-up

  • We encourage the scheduling of makeup classes, these should be taken within one month of the absence
    There is no tuition reduction for missed classes.

  • Any accounts not paid in full by the 15th of the month are charged a $20 late fee.

  • If payment is not received by the 28th of that month, a $40.00 late fee will apply, and will continue to be added to each month until paid.

  • Students with accounts past due two or more months will not be allowed to participate in classes.

  • Accounts 60 or more days past due may be turned over to a collection agency.

  • There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks or automatic drafts marked Insufficient, cancelled, closed account, or stop payment and late fees will also apply.

  • Refunds or credit will not be given for voluntary withdrawal.



  • If registered before September 15th, A $25.00 Registration cost is required with the Registration Form for all students; to reserve a program space. If there is still available space in our programs and a late registration (after September 15th) is accepted, a $75.00 Registration cost is required.                               

  • A registration is NOT complete until the fee is paid and forms are returned.

  • A registered student is enrolling in 10 months of instruction or 30 classes, from September - June.

  • Classes start September 16th and end after the June 12th recital performance. While students are not obligated to remain for the entire year, when a student is enrolled, they are enrolled for the entire year.

  • Please refer to the withdrawal policy if the student plans to leave class before our Recital. We take new students until February 1st for all classes that will be participating in the year-end performance.





It is our policy to offer appropriate opportunities to every child. Children learn important lessons from their teachers and parents, acquiring behavior patterns through their example. Our school’s faculty takes that responsibility seriously. It’s our philosophy to encourage our students to feel, think, and act respectfully toward their peers, the adults in their lives, and, most importantly, themselves.


Child Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Students should arrive ten minutes prior to class. Children should be picked up promptly. They cannot be supervised after class. We request that all parents and guardians enter the studio to pick up their child. Children will not be permitted to exit into the parking lot on their own accord. If someone other than the person dropping off will be picking up please inform the front desk.


Non-Refundable Costs

Registration Fees, Competition Entry Fees, Costume Deposits, and Monthly tuitions paid to ‘Next Level All Star Dance” are NON- Refundable. Fees that are non-refundable include: Registration Fees, Costume Deposit, Costume Balances, Competition Registration Fees, Tuition, Late Fees, Dance-wear Accessories, and all other fees acquired to your account. Competition Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE even if you or your child decides not to participate, even if you are removed as a Team Member for any reason. ALL COSTUMES, PRACTICE ATTIRE, WARM-UPS or any other Next Level issued merchandise MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to receiving your order.



Overpayments & Credits to an account can only be transferred to another dance year or to items needed throughout the year at the owner’s discretion.


Private Lessons

Available at a special rate.  Please contact the school for details. Cancellations of private lessons must be made 24 hours in advance or the student will be charged. Students who are delinquent in private lesson payments are ineligible to continue classes until privates are paid in full.  



We understand issues arise that may require a student to withdraw from a program.

  •  We require a two-week written notice or documented e-mail prior to the students last anticipated class.  

  • Please remember there are no refunds for registration, tuition, costume or performance fees.

  • If a written notice is not received, tuition will continue to be billed until one is received.

  • All tuition and costume fees are non- refundable and must be paid in full by their anticipated last class - if not, tuition will continue to be billed until final payment is received. 

  • Refunds or credit will not be given for voluntary withdrawal.



Next Level reserves the right to withdraw a student from class/academy at anytime if they do not follow or abide by the policies set forth by the company. Parents are responsible for full payment of all costumes/apparel ordered, even if your child decides to not finish the season.
